Trentham Film Society
The Trentham Film Society aims to encourage an interest in and promote the study and appreciation of film in an informal social setting.
We screen a broad selection of quality films, both classic and more recent, from around the world. There is time after each screening to socialise and discuss the film over a cup of tea.

The Trentham Film Society meets on the first Friday of the month at 7.30pm. During the renovations, screening will be held at Trentham Uniting Church.

A small community market with craft and home baking.

Makers' Market
A new market in Trentham held on the same day as the Trentham Farmers Market selling hand crafted items made in and around Trentham.

Walking group
Bring along a dog and/or friend and join our enthusiastic and friendly group. Meet at the Post Office Corner every Wednesday at 9.30am.
Community Choir
Did you love to sing as a child, but haven't really sung since then? Whatever your experience of singing, you are invited to join. Meet local singers and have fun.

PITA (Parents in the Arts)
PITA is a gathering and networking opportunity for professional practicing artists and their very young children (0-3) from the Hepburn Shire and surrounds. PITA will meet fortnightly across three locations - Trentham, Daylesford and Clunes. Clunes resident Rebecca Russell will convene the meetings.

Words in Winter
This year's Words in Winter Festival will be held through out August across the shire. Events in Trentham will be held from 20th to 22nd of August. Watch out for the program of events.
Music and Poetry Evening
In association with Words in Winter, Trentham Community Group presents a Music and Poetry Evening at the Mechanics Institute on Saturday 21st August 8.00pm onwards.

Clever Town Challenge
This year the Clever Town Challenge will be held on Saturday 7th August from 10am till 12noon. Keep that date free in your diary to help keep the trophy in Trentham. Details Di Parsons (5424 1227).
Weed Free Trentham
Environmental weeds reduce biodiversity, contribute to fuel load and diminish our uniquely beautiful environment. Landcare's initiative addresses this problem in the township.
Each month the group works on a different area in the town. Materials and instruction provided. Bring secateurs, gloves, hat and sunscreen. When: Third Saturday of the month from 1:00 - 4:00.
