Nia Dance & movement
Nia is a fun, spirited, life enhancing practice designed to experience mindfulness, movement and music as medicine. Nia’s 52 moves integrating the base, core and upper extremities of the body, offers variety and whole body conditioning, blending inspiration from martial arts, dance and healing modalities. Simple steps, inner awareness allows for a blissful, creative pathway to health and wellbeing for ever age, body type and fitness level.

Learn to Dance
Come and learn to dance in this fun, inclusive, socail class that covers Old Time, New Vogue and sequence dancing for beginners or as a revision to join the local dance circuit. Ladies, gents or couples are all welcome. Please wear smooth soled shoes. This activity is run in conjunction with the Hepburn Shire U3A.

Wu Tao Dance- Beginners Course
Incorporates the powerful healing forces of movement, music & meditation to release stress, tone and improve flexibility and nurture the spirit, restoring balance and health. Based on principles of Oriental Medicine, the 5 structured dances (for each element) free blockages, leaving one relaxed and peaceful. Like a dancing form of Tai Chi.

Circus Training Space
Turn your world upside down.
Acrobatics, tumbling, tissu, unicycles, juggling, stilts, all things circus, in a fully-equipped supervised space with a qualified gymnastics coach.
Subndays Starting 21st April
Sundays 4.00pm-5.30pm Family Balancing act: acrobalance for combinations of any age (including parent and child) term 2 only.
Sundays 6.00pm-7.30pm Adults Tissu: Clims, Statics, doubles, drops and sequences-coached by jassy.
Mondays 4.00pm-5.30pm Mondays sprung: for 8yrs to secondary-all circus skills.
Wednesdays 4.00pm-5.30pm Wednesdays sprung: for lower primary ages-all circus skills.

Community Choir is a much-loved Daylesford institution. The choir, under the direction of singer Anni Coyne, is open to women of all ages and vocal abilities. The choir rehearses every Monday at DNC, and stages performances several times each year.
