The Wednesday Group*

This all-abilities group meets each Wednesday to improve their literacy, numeracy and life skills. Activities include shopping, cooking, creative writing, craft and budgeting. Ideal for people looking to develop their basic life skills. Come along and join in the fun! This activity is jointly funded by the Victorian and Australian Government under the HACC Program.

Creative Community Gardening*

This all-abilities group works together to create and develop low maintenance sustainable gardens. Learn about landscaping, display plants, vegetables and herbs, make fun garden sculptures and mosaics.

Men’s Shed*

The Daylesford Men’s Shed is an active group of men of varying ages who get together to take on projects which benefit the community. Share your skills or take part in activities such as wood-working. Join in shared lunches and conversation. No special skills are required to join this friendly group. If you require further information phone the Centre or just come along.

Women Working With Wood & Tools

Learn about the safe use of hand and power tools, selecting fasteners and timber materials, and the basic maintenance of tools. Participants will be able to use this knowledge to construct a basic timber product to take home. Please wear work clothes and sturdy foot wear.
