Tai Chi

Tai Chi originated in Ancient China.  It is practiced world wide for better health and many scientific studies have proven this. It relieves pain, stress, improves core strength and concentration, and integrates body and mind.

When: Every Thursday

Morning 11.00am to 12.00pm

OR

Evening 7.00 to 8.00pm

Cost: Casual $5.00

Karate

The Shi Shin Do training system is a blend of manuy Martial Arts. Each complements the others to provide a complete and holistic self development regime.

When: Wednesdays (during School Terms)

4.45pm Junior Novice ( minimum age 8 years old)

5.30pm Intermediate Advanced

6.15pm Adult

Cost: $85.00 per term
