Tai Chi
A form of moving mediation practiced in China since the 16th century. This low impact, stress-reducing physical exercise helps you maintain health and harmony in mind and body and also promotes mental alertness. Continuous flowing movement is performed in slow motion and coordinated with deep diaphragmatic breathing. Visually Tai Chi resembles an effortless dance, but in reality each movement is precise and performed with internal strength.
